Andrew S. Middleton, DMD
 

Andrew S. Middleton, DMD

Dr. Middleton is a Columbia native who graduated from Delta State University in 1994 and from University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 1998. He completed a two year residency program in Pediatric dentistry at UT Memphis with training at St. Jude Children's Hospital. Dr. Middleton also served as Chief Resident. He holds active memberships in the Mississippi Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, previously serving as chair of the New Dentist Committee. He is also a member of the American College of Dentists, American Dental Association and the Mississippi Dental Association, serving as President of the Mississippi Dental Association Alumni Association.
Dr. Middleton lives in Hattiesburg with his wife, Whitney and his three children, Russ, Meg and Ramsey. They are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Hattiesburg.
 

 
Charles L. Belknap, DMD
 

Charles L. Belknap, DMD

Dr. Belknap is a native of Crystal Springs and graduated from Mississippi College in 2001 followed by an exchange program at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany in 2002. He graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2006 and completed a two year residence program in Pediatric and Public Health Dentistry in 2008 at Blair E. Batson Children's Hospital, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Belknap is an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. His list of honors and awards include the 2006 International College of Dentists Student Leadership Award, the 2006 American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Student Award, the 2005 Hiram A. Gatewood Award and then 2004-2005 Hinman Research Awards.
Dr. Belknap lives in Hattiesburg with his wife, Claire and their two children Katherine and Georgia. They are members of Woodland Presbyterian Church.
 

 
Scott M.H. Tomlinson, DMD
 

Scott M.H. Tomlinson, DMD

Dr. Tomlinson graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2003. He then resided and worked in Jackson, MS as a 5th grade teacher before attending the University of Mississippi School Of Dentistry in 2005. Upon graduation in 2009, Dr. Tomlinson chose to specialize in Pediatrics and completed his Residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Tomlinson is a board certified pediatric dentist and a diplomate with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Mississippi Dental Association, the South MS Dental Association, the College of Diplomates with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is a proud past recipient of the Special Care Dentistry Association and the Academy of Dentistry for Persons with Disabilities Award. He and his wife Courtney live in Hattiesburg with their three children Reece, Hayes and Jane. He is currently on staff at Wesley Medical Center and an active member of St. Fabian Catholic Church.
 

 
Susannah Shook, DMD
 

Susannah Shook, DMD

Dr. Shook received her BA from the University of Mississippi in 2001 and her DMD from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2006.
She is currently a member of the Mississippi Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the South Mississippi Dental Society.
Dr. Shook is a General Dentist and is seeing our adolescent patients.

Myeasha Burgess, DDS

Dr. Myeasha Burgess is a native of Baltimore, MD. She attended Morgan State University for her undergraduate education. She then relocated to Washington D.C. where she completed her dental school at Howard University College of Dentistry. She then entered the workforce for several years before realizing her passion for pediatric dentistry. She returned to Howard University where she completed her residency and served as chief resident. Dr. Burgess received special recognition for her ability to teach fellow residents and dental students.
Dr. Burgess is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She maintains active membership in numerous prestigious professional
organizations, such as, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and
International Association of Pediatric Dentistry.
She is married to Dr. Derrick Burgess who is an orthopedic surgeon in Laurel, MS. Dr. Burgess is the mother of three beautiful children, Suzette, Julia and Derrick II. When she is not busy in the clinic she enjoys shopping, event planning and spending time with her family.
 

 
Jonathan R. Nichols, DMD
 

Jonathan R. Nichols, DMD

Dr. Nichols is a native of Greenwood, Mississippi. He attended The University of Mississippi where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2004. He returned to school in 2010 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the School of Dentistry. Pursuing his passion, he has completed his Dental Residency in Pediatrics at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.
Dr. Nichols holds memberships with the Mississippi Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and is currently working on his Board Certification.
He resides in Hattiesburg and is married to Margaret Ellzey Nichols, DMD and has a son, Jonathan, Jr. and daughter, Claire.
 

 
 
Amy S. Morgan, DMD
 

Amy S. Morgan

Dr. Morgan is a native of Hattiesburg, MS. She attended Mississippi College, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2008. Dr. Morgan then attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center and received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the School of Dentistry in 2012. Prior to joining the Pediatric Dental Group, Dr. Morgan was a Staff Dentist for Mission First Dental Clinic in Jackson, MS, serving patients with limited income and no dental insurance.
She holds memberships with the American Dental Association and Mississippi Dental Association.
Amy is married to Ben Morgan, an attorney in Laurel, Mississippi. They reside in Laurel with their three sons, Sam, Reed, and Jack. They attend Westminster Presbyterian Church in Laurel.
